You will need a dark eye shadow like brown and a lighter, golden one. These should complement your skin tones. They should be reflective, but definitely not glittery. Loreal’s “Wear Infinite” Holographic line works quite well for this look.

1. Put on the light eye shadow up to your brow. This will give you a smooth skin tone and brighten your eye area.

2. In the crease of your eye draw a smudgy line with the darker eye shadow. In effect you are drawing a thick semi-circle over your eye. You can widen and brighten your eyes with this darker shade.

At this point you are all done. Enjoy your new, brighter, doe-eyed look. Options to dress this up include using white or pink for the background and violet for the semi circle.
