			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As of late, I&#8217;ve been finding it harder and harder to find <a target="_blank" title="beauty tips" href="http://beautyctr.com/478/the-best-beauty-tips-for-lips/">beauty tips</a> about lips. I can so easily paint on some lipstick that will have my lips full, sensuous and shining for at least five minutes. But what about having more practical goals? Don&#8217;t you think its more sensible to have a look that will last all day? And I really don&#8217;t mean the type that is known for being shiny and delicious but sticks to my soda can, either.</p>
<p> The list below will be your answer if you really want some helpful beauty tips. These tips are wonderful and I use at least one of them a day. You can dress them up in no time. However, if you don&#8217;t want to keep applying all day then that will also work.</p>
<p> <strong>* Beauty Tips for Lips #1: Buy neutral lip stain. -</strong>  This may mean that you have to buy that ridiculous sticky shiner that comes with it.  However, you will find out soon enough that it was well worth it. Now, do not use that shiny stuff.  Just stain your lips with the neutral color. The stain should be a very close match to your own lip color, but should either be a bit brighter or darker. When the stain has set, you can just cover with chapstick or your favorite lip gloss. Even after all the covering wears off, your lips will still appear full and plump.</p>
<p> <strong>* Lip Beauty Tips #2: Mixing is okay -</strong>  You can always mix lip stick with lip gloss and it looks great. Lip gloss on the top lip and lip stick on the bottom. Rub them together – hard. Now blot.  You will notice that this results in a beautiful, shiny version of your own lipstick that tends to last longer.</p>
<p> <strong>* Beauty Tips for your Lips #3: Keep hydrating -</strong>  Keep lips full and beautiful by staying hydrated. Your lips will be the first to show it if you are dehydrated. Of course, if you are dehydrated you tend to lick your lips more and this in turn rubs your lipstick off. If you drink the daily recommended amount of water, your lips will become full and stay that way.</p>
